If we the people, chose to declare the current government as a rogue entity, or something to that effect, and resolve to eject them from the union, in order to preserve the sanctity of the republic, what prep would you suggest, to a conservative loyalist living in a communist rebellion stronghold city, in the mean time, while the preliminary mechanisms are still playing out
