Just tuned into the "impeachment vote" on YouTube, and so far I'm only seeing "member designated by congressmember" voting… the actual congressmen are NOT there… wtf is going on?

Some of these "designated members" are voting for more than one congressman.

I've never seen voting like this, but I've never really paid much attention before either.
