TLDR; deepstate favorite, crowdstrike, says the bad guys named "StellarParticle" had understanding of Orion build chain before SUNSPOT was developed in order to infiltrate it. SUNSPOT was weaponized to target Orion build to replace one source code file and inject SUNBURTS backdoor.
