This is the Nov. 3rd results. He did not get 50% so it went to a run off. Perdue lost the runoff on Jan 5th.
I am not disputing fraud, I am only pointing out this was the Nov 3rd results.
My bigger questions is why 99%, could Perdue pick up 3/10% in the last 1% missing. No runoff needed.
