In projects of this size/scope, liquidity and flexibility are necessary in relation to timelines.
Q posted on April 2nd the "wish list" for the remainder of the month.
From my perspective, the ONLY wrench in the works was the time it took to affirm KANSAS (about 4 or 5 days instead of the immediate confirmation he should have received).
That was the one thing Q Team could neither control or anticipate.
Once confirmed, KANSAS hopped on a jet and took care of about 5 countries in about 4 days. Nice, neat and tidy!
Looks as if we're right on track, just pushed back a handful of days.
