Nope, he won't get inaugurated. If he does, he gets presidential power, and can immediately pardon himself, his family, and every DS idiot.
If he's sworn in, then we've lost at that point, so it will never get to that point.
I agree they can arrest him at the inauguration, but they aren't going to let him be president for a few weeks or months, then arrest him. It will have to be immediate and head-spinning. They will also need to grab the others at the same time, justices, congress people, etc.
