I don't know what to make out of the power outages, because wind speeds in Billings, Montana are currently a breezy 46 mph.

Just google current wind speed Montana. My guess is that system just rolled through the northwest. Would be cool if "The Storm" was rolling under manipulated weather, but just thought I thrown this out there.
