Pediatrician, Father of 2, Told To Stay Away From Kids After Child Porn Arrest
FLORIDA — Broward Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) detectives arrested a pediatrician Tuesday on child pornography charges.
In June 2020, ICAC detectives received a tip regarding an adult male, later identified as Dr. Michael Mizrachy, concerning the possible distribution and possession of child pornography.
After obtaining a search warrant, detectives were able to locate a video depicting child pornography, which was described in the initial tip. The video appears to show a child, between the ages of eight and 10 years of age, having sexual intercourse with an apparent adult male.
In addition to the initial video described in the tip, detectives located several photos depicting what appear to be young children in their bathing suits, underwear or shorts in which none of the children appear to be aware the photos were being taken. These images led detectives to generate an additional search warrant in October for Mizrachy’s residence at 8581 Lakeside Drive in Parkland. Through the execution of the search warrant detectives learned that Mizrachy used an app, known as KIK, to chat with a child who was 15 at the time. The chats included sexually explicit photographs that were shared from the child.
Further investigation revealed that the other images of the children located within Mizrachy’s accounts were of his daughters’ friends at his residence. These images included the children’s clothed private parts. Most of the children appeared to be between the ages of 13 and 15 with confirmation of one of them being 10 years old.
Mizrachy was booked at the BSO Main Jail Tuesday afternoon. He faces two counts of possession of sexual performance by a child and one count of computer pornography.
According to the Sun Sentinel, Mizrachy appeared before Judge Corey Amanda Cawthon on Wednesday morning and his bail was set at $30,000. He was ordered to stay away from all minors, but allowed to have supervised visitation with his two children, one who is under the age of 18.
The investigation is ongoing.

In a 36-page report on foreign election interference, Pulitzer highlighted voting irregularities and election fraud in eight states, including Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.

The researcher said that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has “leveraged financial, nongovernmental, and foreign allies including Venezuela to acquire INFLUENCE and CONTROL US Voting Infrastructure in at least 28 states.”
Pulitzer went on to share that if the invalid ballots were removed from the election results and the remaining valid votes were counted, the current certified results of the 2020 election would be very different at all levels.
We’ve reported on Pulitzer previously where he claims the true results of the 2020 election can be determined by reviewing the actual paper ballots from the election. These ballots are the public’s property and are mandated to be held for 22 months after the federal election.

CBP Cincinnati Seizes Over 33 Pounds of Fake Viagra Pills
CINCINNATI—Last Thursday, January 7, Cincinnati CBP officers seized 33 ½ pounds, approximately 10,350 pills, of Viagra in two shipments destined to an individual in Brooklyn, NY. If genuine, the pills would have had an estimated manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of approximately $238,050.
The bottles had labels stating they were made in the USA, but those claims are suspect as the pills were being imported from the Middle East with potential ties to Hong Kong and China.
Medications purchased from online sources can be improperly produced without pharmacological specifications and safeguards that ensure the protection of human health. Prescription medications manufactured in non-regulated foreign companies often contain dangerous contaminants or ineffective compounds, and though their packaging and labelling can be similar to genuine products, inconsistent ingredients and sub-par quality controls can endanger the consumer.
“Our officers and specialists are exceptional at anticipating and identifying illicit shipments of controlled medications, and they are entrusted with enforcing hundreds of laws for other government agencies,” said Cincinnati Port Director Richard Gillespie. “We work to maintain our interagency ties to ensure a strong border with secure and compliant cross-border trade.”
“FDA is committed to protecting public health with our other government agency partners by working to secure the drug supply chain against counterfeit and unapproved medications that enter the United States through fraudulent sources,” said Dan Solis, Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Enforcement and Import Operations in FDA’s Office of Regulatory Affairs.

GOP Leaders Press State Department to Designate China’s Treatment of Uighurs as Genocide
Republican members of the House Armed Services Committee are pressing the State Department to formally designate China's suppression of its Uighur minority population as a genocide, according to a copy of the congressional communication obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
Reps. Jim Banks (R., Ind.) and Joe Wilson (R., S.C.) say that mounting evidence indicates the Chinese government is committing genocide by forcing the country's Uighur Muslim minority into concentration camps and using them as slave labor. The State Department is currently examining whether to classify China's actions as genocide.
"The CCP has engaged in a systematic and widespread campaign of violence, torture, detention, forced sterilization, and enslavement of the Uighur Muslim people in [China's Xinjiang province]," the lawmakers wrote, according to a copy of the letter sent Wednesday to the State Department. "Its actions reflect an intent to destroy, whether in whole or in part, this population."
With its final days in office, the Trump administration could escalate tensions with Beijing by labeling its treatment of the Uighurs as genocide, a label that is rarely applied to global human rights situations and could compel U.S. intervention. Activist groups and lawmakers from both parties have pressed the outgoing administration to move forward with the designation for months, citing evidence that China is forcing the vulnerable population into work camps and worse, including reports of torture and forced abortions. Incoming president Joe Biden described the genocidal situation while on the campaign trail and could instruct his State Department to pick up the deliberations if President Donald Trump's team fails to act.
"Our next move must be to condemn the CCP's treatment of Muslims in Xinjiang as genocide, because that's the word that accurately describes what has been going on there," Banks told the Free Beacon. "If the world turns a blind eye to what's going on in Xinjiang, it will embolden the CCP to do it again somewhere else."
The issue has received bipartisan attention, with a group of senators from both parties introducing legislation late last year designating China's treatment of Uighurs as genocide. Banks and Wilson are just the latest lawmakers to raise the issue and press for greater action. The United States has only applied the genocide label twice in its history, most recently in 2016 when the Obama administration classified ISIS as committing genocide against Christians, Yazidis, and Shia Muslims in the Middle East. The designation in China's case would likely spark a wholesale rethinking about the U.S. economic relationship with the country.
Public reporting indicates that as many as one million Uighurs are imprisoned in labor camps and forced to work in Chinese factories, claims that have been elevated by senior members of the Trump administration, including National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien, who accused China in 2019 of operating "concentration camps."
