Just took a fresh look at this. Why does it say PELOSI or PENCE?

The reason is because when this was dropped, 6/4/20, Pence still had the option to be a patriot. He doesn't any moar. Moreover, with that interpretation it also would imply the ferrying off of the #1 in line after Trump. If Pence is gone then it's Pelosi. If Pence is a patriot, then it's Pence. So something big needs to happen to shuttle off and protect the next in line for POTUS.

These markers need to be bold and obvious. It's questionable if we're even at Red1 with the official POTUS account still not-banned.

As Adm Rogers said, if overzealous habbeningfags are shouting all over the place, slow it down. Relax.
