I am surprised that the CIA being allowed by the court to selectively leak classified information to Reporters with no security clearance, but not be revealed to the public isn't meriting more concern. In this case it should come as no surprise the reporters were from the WaPo, NYT, and WSJ.

The Central Intelligence Agency said yesterday (Feb 14th) that it has the right to disclose classified information to selected journalists and then to withhold the same information from others under the Freedom of Information Act.

The judge in the case was unsurprisingly a Clinton appointee with a history of siding with the government.
