Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs. Castle Rock is a pimple of a town 50 miles north with no more significance than Walsenberg, Limon or Divide.
Seems more likely CASTLE ROCK is in reference to something entirely out of context.
There are apparently 85 towns in the country named Castle Rock. One of them happens to be within 100 miles of NORAD. There's a lot more important shit within 10 miles of NORAD - including 4 other military bases, the current Space Force HQ and the site of Nicola Tesla's workshop. I may be wrong, but it doesn't seem to be the right connection.
