URGENT: Pet Food Recall is Expanded After 70+ Dogs Die
COMPANY ANNOUNCMENT: Midwestern Pet Foods, Inc., of Evansville, IN is expanding its December 30, 2020 voluntary recall of certain dog and cat food products produced in our Chickasha Operations Facility to include all dog and cat pet food products made with corn products because those products may contain aflatoxin levels which exceed acceptable limits.
Products were distributed nationally to online distributors and retail stores nationwide. Midwestern Pet Foods is expanding its voluntary recall out of an abundance of caution to help protect the health and safety of pets. The products recalled cover all that expire on or before July 9, 2022, depicted as â07/09/22â in the date code on the product, as discussed below. Products with expiration dates after 07/09/22 are not included in the recall.
Aflatoxin is a toxin produced by the mold Aspergillus flavus, which can grow on corn and other grains used as ingredients in pet food. At high levels, aflatoxin can cause illness and death in pets.
There have been reports of illnesses and at least 70 deaths in dogs associated with certain lots of products. No human illnesses have been reported. Out of an abundance of caution, we have expanded this recall to cover all corn products containing pet foods with expiration dates prior to 07/09/22.
If your pet shows signs of aflatoxin poisoning including sluggishness, loss of appetite, vomiting jaundice (yellowish tint to the eyes, gums, or skin due to liver damage), and/or diarrhea, contact a veterinarian immediately. Provide a full diet history to your veterinarian. It may be helpful to take a picture of the pet food label, including the lot number and best buy date.
Lot code information may be found on the back of bag and will appear in a threeâline code, with the top line in format âEXP 03/03/22/05/L#/B###/HH:MMâ.
As explained above, this recall covers ONLY product manufactured at Midwestern Pet Foodâs Chickasha, Oklahoma facility. Note that the unique Chickasha Facility identifier is located in the date code as a

In addition, the only Midwestern Pet Foods facility that produces product bearing a threeâline date code is our Chickasha Facility (See first image below).

Snapchat Reportedly Permanently Bans Trump's Account
Most social media platforms have banned or restricted Donald Trumpâs accounts and the accounts of Trump supporters, including QAnon believers and 'Stop the Steal' followers, in the wake of the deadly January 6 riots at the US Capitol.
On Wednesday, American photo-sharing app Snapchat permanently deleted the outgoing US president's account, AFP reported.
The move comes as the company fears that POTUS will use his Snapchat account to cause turmoil in the upcoming 20 January inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden.
Snapchat first temporally suspended Trump's account last week after the company concluded that the outgoing president promotes and spreads "hate speech, and incites violence" in violation of Snapchat rules against misinformation.
"Last week we announced an indefinite suspension of president Trump's Snapchat account," Snapchat spokesman said to AFP, adding that "In the interest of public safety, and based on his attempts to spread misinformation, hate speech, and incite violence, which are clear violations of our guidelines, we have made the decision to permanently terminate his account.â

The permanent Snapchat ban comes after Twitter, Shopify and several other social media platforms deleted Donald Trump's accounts following the deadly riots in Washington DC, after 5 people were killed as Trump supporters stormed the Capitol building, causing widespread damage and vandalism, in a failed attempt to oppose the certification of the election results.
Tech giants, US media and DC insiders from both sides of the political fence accuse Trump of inciting the protesters to deadly violence, resulting in an unprecedented second impeachment of the 45th US president by the House on January 13.

US Space Command Announces New Home State For Headquarters
Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, which houses several command centers for other agencies, has been chosen to be the location for the permanent headquarters for the United States Space Command.
Space Command, which differs from the military branch of Space Force, will be in charge of running operations pertaining to communications and satellite navigation, per WVTM13.
Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey issued a statement to WVTM13 explaining that she was âpleased to learn that Alabamaâ was chosen to be âthe new home to the United States Space Command.â
âOur state has long provided exceptional support for our military and their families as well as a rich and storied history when it comes to space exploration. This combination only enhances the outstanding relationships we have with the 65 diverse federal agencies on Redstone Arsenal, not to mention the growing presence of the FBI and other federal installations. The bottom line is simple, the Redstone Region is the most natural choice to become home to such an important mission for our country,â Gov. Iveyâs statement continued.
In addition to Gov. Iveyâs statement, Alabama Senator Richard Shelby expressed his excitement that Redstone Arsenal would be the home to the U.S. Space Command.

This long-awaited decision by the Air Force is a true testament to all that Alabama has to offer. DC Police Reject FOIA Request For Records Related to Their Probe of Siege of Capitol â Insider Leaked Maps, Internal Docs to Help Assist Rioters Navigate Building
What did Pelosi and McConnell know of the planned attack on the US Capitol before the House impeached President Trump for inciting violence?
President Trump was blamed for the siege of the US Capitol last Wednesday, however the FBI confirmed the attack was planned several days in advance.
Investigative reporter John Solomon dropped a bombshell on Wednesday night and said the DC police rejected his FOIA request for records pertaining to their investigation of the siege of the U.S. Capitol.
The DC police said release of the records would be âpersonally embarrassingâ and privacy invading to release the documents.
âWeâre gonna fight for those documents but something tells me whatâs in those documents has some very very big relevance to what happened on The Hill and the question I have is what did Nancy Pelosi know, what did Mitch McConnell know about these threats beforehand,â John Solomon told former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens. âIf they didnât know then, itâs an intelligence failure of the police. If they did know thereâs something they didnât tell us before we went into this impeachment.â
Solomon said the FBI, NYPD and USCP had prior knowledge of plans for violence at the US Capitol, including intel threatening murder of police officers.
If this was a planned attack, you canât accuse the President of inciting a spontaneous attack when it was planned days before.
John Solomon also said that inside sources leaked maps, internal documents helping to assist rioters enter and navigate the Capitol building.
The US Attorney is bringing a conspiracy case which is further proof the siege was planned.

Israel Launches "Deadliest Airstrikes In Years" On Syria With US Intelligence Coordination
Syrian state media identified the area as in the vicinity of Albu Kamal while saying damage is still "being assessed".
The Israeli operation appears connected to Trump's continued pressure campaign against Iran during his last week in the White House. According to an American intelligence source cited in Fox News:
A senior U.S. intelligence official with knowledge of the attack told The Associated Press that the airstrikes were carried out with intelligence provided by the United States and targeted a series of warehouses in Syria that were being used as a part of the pipeline to store and stage Iranian weapons.
The official said the warehouses also served as a pipeline for components that supports Iranâs nuclear program.
The casualty count is uncertain and varying, but Fox also confirmed it as "massive" with up to 18 missile strikes along the border targeting several arms depots.
It's been widely reported that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo recently met with the head of Israeli Mossad, possibly to coordinate just such an attack.
Israeli sources further called it a clear "message" to Iran before Biden enters office:
The head of the Israeli National Security Research Institute, Major General (res.) Amos Yadlin, said that behind its bombing of Syriaâs Deir Ezzor Governroate, Tel Aviv wanted to convey a message to Iran.
In a statement to Israelâs official Kan news channel, Yadlin said that the attack carried out by Israel in the Deir Ezzor Governorate is "important and the message to Iran is that Israel will not stop working (against Iran and Syria) even during the era of (US President-elect Joe) Biden."
"Tonightâs attack in Syria has unique characteristics â very long-range attacks in Deir Ezzor and Albukamal, a wide range of targets, including in an urban area, many casualties," said Yadlin, who is the former head of Israeli Military Intelligence (AMAN).
âIsrael is determined to continue dealing with the military capabilities that Iran is building in the Syrian region, and with the infrastructure to transport weapons,â Gen. Yadlin added.
Meanwhile, top Israeli officials are now warning the world that should Joe Biden reenter the Iran nuclear deal, the Israeli military would likely launch a preemptive attack on Iran.

Well-Known Virginia Public School Could Be Renamed After George Floyd, Kamala Harris
A Virginia school district is considering a slew of progressive icons as candidates to become the new namesake of T.C. Williams High School, whose football team was the subject of the hit film Remember the Titans.
In Nov. 2020, the Alexandria City Public Schools Board unanimously voted to change the school's name because its namesake, Thomas Chambliss Williams, was a segregationist. Community activists initiated calls for a name change following the death of George Floyd at the hands of the police.
The district introduced a poll that allows students and members of the community to nominate new names for the school. Among the choices are "George Floyd Memorial High School," "Kamala Harris High School," and "Megan [sic] Markle High School."
A district spokesperson told the Washington Free Beacon that all name suggestions that fit the school board's criteria will be included in the poll. "In an effort to be inclusive," the district is "including all names that align with the school board policy on renaming in the initial poll," the spokesperson said.
Following the resurgence of the Black Lives Matter protests, schools across the nation have changed or removed names to appease activists. At Princeton University, the board of trustees voted to change the name of its Woodrow Wilson public policy school, citing Wilson's "racist thinking and policies." In San Francisco, a public school district opted to rename an elementary school named after California Democratic senator Dianne Feinstein because she raised a Confederate flag in front of San Francisco City Hall while serving as mayor in 1984.
The planned renaming of T.C. Williams High School has sparked a campaign to rename another Virginia public school, Matthew Maury Elementary. Maury was an accomplished naval officer and cartographer who defected to the Confederacy during the Civil War. Contenders for the new name include "Barack Obama Elementary School" and "Black Lives Matter Elementary School."
The official names will be decided by the Alexandria City School Board. One of the board members, Margaret Lorber, recently came under fire for suggesting that reopening schools would kill children. "Do you want your child to be alive or educated?" Lorber said during a Zoom meeting. "I think at this point in our lives, you know, you have to speak out and take a position." Her comments sparked a renewed interest in the board's role in the renaming project.
The district said it would decide new names for T.C. Williams High School and Matthew Maury Elementary School in April and officially announce them by July 1.

Supreme Court May Finally Reverse Kamala Harris's Attack on Free Speech
On Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court took up two vitally important cases dealing with the freedom of speech and association. Back in 2015, Attorney General Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) demanded that two conservative nonprofit organizations, Americans for Prosperity (AFP) and the Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), hand over their donor lists. This demand threatened to reveal the identity of donors, potentially subjecting them to threats and harassment for supporting these groups. It also flew in the face of a 1958 Supreme Court decision upholding Americansâ right to support causes they believe in without government harassment.
âIt is beyond debate that the freedom to engage in association for the advancement of beliefs and ideas is an inseparable aspect of the âlibertyâ assured by the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment,â The Supreme Court wrote in the landmark case NAACP v. Alabama (1958). The State of Alabama had ordered the NAACP to hand over a list of its members during the era of segregation when the Ku Klux Klan held tremendous power in the state. The Supreme Court defended the NAACP from this government harassment.
Richard Thompson, chief counsel and president of TMLC, argued that the Supreme Court should defend his organization from Californiaâs assault on free speech, just as it did for the NAACP.
TMLC advocates for conservative issues in the culture wars, and the far-left smear factory the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has accused it of being a âhate group,â so the organization receives a good deal of hate mail and other attacks. Thompson said his employees know they will face this kind of harassment, but TMLCâs donors should not.
âOur society is a very caustic environment right now. If people want to âcancelâ other people out, itâs no longer a debate about issues. Today, it means that if you beat the other side, thatâs not enough, you want to destroy that person, too,â Thompson told PJ Media in an interview on Tuesday.
âWe donât want people donating to us having to take that flak, that kind of adverse effect, either losing their job or being threatened at home, their businesses being threatened. Those kinds of things have happened to people who take a stand,â the TMLC president said.
The All-Out Assault on Conservative Thought Has Just Begun
People should be able to give money to causes they believe in âwithout being afraid that their future ability to earn an income is going to be destroyed.â
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, TLMC has to give the IRS a list of the names and addresses of its major donors, a Schedule B form. That list is confidential and the public does not have a right to look at it. Yet California law requires any nonprofit that raises money in the state to hand over the Schedule B form to the California attorney generalâs office. TMLC and AFP have long refused.
In 2015, Kamala Harris demanded the donor list within 30 days, threatening to revoke TMLCâs right to solicit donations in the state and threatening hefty fines for the years in which TMLC did not turn over its Schedule B form.
TMLC sued Harris in California state court, applying NAACP v. Alabama.
âWe had all these investigators testify that (1) there has never been a California legal complaint made against the Thomas More Law Center, (2) the Thomas More Law Center is not being investigated and that (3) California investigators did not use the schedule B for their investigations,â Thompson explained. He noted that California performed 540 investigations in the last several years, and only about five times did any investigation involve the Schedule B form. Even so, California collects roughly 60,000 of the forms every year.

This is what we have been reduced to: A violent mob. A nation on the brink of martial law. A populace under house arrest. A techno-corporate state wielding its power to immobilize huge swaths of the country. And a Constitution in tatters.
We are imploding on multiple fronts, all at once.
This is what happens when ego, greed and power are allowed to take precedence over liberty, equality and justice.
Just to be clear, however: this is not a revolution.
This is a ticking time bomb.
There is absolutely no excuse for the violence that took place at the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Yet no matter which way you look at it, the fallout from this attempted coup could make this worrisome state of affairs even worse.
First, youâve got the president, who has been accused of inciting a riot and now faces a second impeachment and a scandal that could permanently mar his legacy. While the impeachment process itself is a political beast, the question of whether President Trump incited his followers to riot is one that has even the best legal experts debating. Yet as First Amendment scholar David Hudson Jr. explains, for Trumpâs rhetoric to be stripped of its free speech protections, âThe speaker must intend to and actually use words that rally people to take illegal action. The danger must be imminentânot in the indefinite future. And the words must be uttered in a situation in which violence is likely to happen.â
At a minimum, Trumpâs actions and wordsâunstatesmanlike and reckless, by any standardsâover the course of his presidency and on Jan. 6 helped cause a simmering pot to boil over.
Second, there were the so-called âpatriotsâ who took to the streets because the jailer of their choice didnât get chosen to knock heads for another four years. Those âStop the Stealâ protesters may have deluded themselves (or been deluded) into believing they were standing for freedom when they stormed the Capitol. However, all they really did was give the Deep State and its corporate partners a chance to pull back the curtain and reveal how little freedom we really have. There is nothing that can be said to justify the actions of those who, armed with metal pipes, chemical irritants, stun guns, and other types of weapons, assaulted and stampeded those in their path.
There are limits to what can be done in the so-called name of liberty, and this level of violenceâno matter who wields it or what brand of politics or zealotry motivate themâcrossed the line.
