OfficeAnon here, these glitches that we keep seeing and talking about are apparent in all meeting software (zoom, teams, skype, etc.) It allows you to have a background without a greenscreen, and it glitches around your headphones\ears, certain colours depending on your real background, the bottom of most coffee mugs. This is what it looks like to me, and should be immediately apparent to any other OfficeAnons.
