I'm going to put some thought into each category. Try to break things down and separate them into some unique problems and then brainstorm some ideas for how to help with them.

This type of shit is what they don't want us to have the time to think about or be able to talk to people in other groups or other sides of an argument. Because inevitably when we look into root causes of problems and unite to bring all of our perspectives to individual issues, we'll actually improve things and eventually a lot of the problem solving, if honest, will identify the corruption and criminal leaders' hand in many of the problems.

One idea would be to take a sports stadium (fuck the sports) or some large open area in a building. And its open for the community to come in and wide-open for anybody that has some passion about an issue to come in and make, then setup a tag board or whatever kind of display they need to share their idea with people who walk by. Anyone can bring an idea, its free. This could be expanded to whatever made sense for how to prioritize issues, but big ones could get elevated where they get larger space, more resources like conference room etc. And these prioritized issue would somehow get visibility of people in power that can make changes. Because the whole community is invited there will be people with all kinds of commendations and skills that might not have otherwise met or been exposed to a good improvement idea or were unaware of an issue.

I think this could do a lot for breaking the divide and conquer because it gets people together in an improvement atmosphere instead of a riot atmosphere.
