I've been trying to get some ideas going on this very subject for quite a while now.
between inexperienced bakers and clown bakers we've had a lot of wasted bread

there are times when it is needed… yes?
the baker situation is another exception to the namefagging rule that I agree with by the way
the problem is
how do you keep clown bakers out of the kitchen?
you can only tell after the bake so…
it is good to be able to tell ahead of time and barring that to tell after the fact and allow bakers to discern a bad baker and not hand off
or would you just rather deal with moldy bad breads? with vital info missing?
we are facing the same pressures , but thanks to the BO we will avoid that fiasco
do you have suggestions, or should we just let chaos have it's way?
