Dana held the communications position in the GWBush administration. She is very fond of the Bushes and very protective of them. Does she know they are part of the Cabal? I don't know. I know someone who knows her; she is the nicest person according to them. So I would think she doesn't know and would have a difficult time believing Bushes are part of the Cabal.
