If Globocap, through Dem control, was planning on doing something really draconian, they would expect 'we the people' to rush the capitol. What if this extra security, troops/fencing, really is to keep patriots out?

Point being, this is likely the opposite of the Deus ex Machina ending where the NG starts making arrests. You can have hope and pray that is what happens, but plan to hunker down and do your little part (without getting caught) to thwart the globalist machine.
