I used to bank with them. Didn't do any money laundering but they did stitch me up with massive fees causing me to default on everything and then proceeded to attempt to take everything off me.
Biggest crooks ever.
A little tip for UK anons. If it's unsecured, there's sod all they can do to force you to pay it back, especially if they cause the defaults in the first place.
If you have an overdraft and they change their terms and conditions while you are in overdraft, that's actually unlawful. I used that against them, received funds that were taken from me and never heard from them again because they didn't want to 'go there'.
Like I said, biggest crooks out there.
With regards to this though, fight back with Common Law and they won't have a leg to stand on. Or move accounts.
