Christ did not found your church. The bible you use is has it's origins in the Catholic church . The church you go to was likely founded less than 50 years ago.

Also the Catholic church practices Transubstantiation but so does every other Church that has apostolic decent. The orthodox Churches, the Anglican church. The EVEN the original protestants, the Lutheran church practices something similar called consubstantiation. You belong to a very small segment of Christians practicing in a way that is very much not in common with the majority of Christianity.
