I am in Nebraska and they just announced that there will be 2 to 4 inches of snow tomorrow and they are calling it a blizzard because the wind will be blowing 50 mph.

I thought a blizzard was when you got at least a 2 to 3 feet of snow ?? Am I missing something ??
