Are we over looking something about NG?

This has been stuck in my craw.

I think we have all 50 States sending some amount of troops to DC.

NG= volunteer soldiers = Militia

Does the representation of all 50 States give some constitutional green light to throw off a Government that has become so corrupts as to no longer function for the people?

Pence says "matter" when he should have said " manner" if he were talking about style or format.

"Matter" suggests details within the Constitution. "matter" is used when you are talking about something of substance .

When talking about a peaceful transition of power, that is style not constitutional substance
