Guys i saw active mil here at a local diner had the rope shoulder thing going heading north? dunno license plates werent local either gov or out of state. Looked like officers, power outages up north China on the canadian border, needs digs and sauce. saw this with my own eyes , just a heads up made me and my gut hunch quite curious.
