My speculation

 

Is the tax act of 1954, the act introducing carried interest and later revised by Obama following the NDAA, a giant money laundering operation?

 

Are they manipulating markets by pooling resources to buy and suppress dissidents?

Rubenstein appears to have bought his way into politics through large donations raised via The Carlyle Group.

I see what appears to be an obelisk (just like the one saved by his large and generous donations) as well as a single object in the sky with orbs appearing to be a portal?

 

Check at the bottom, "ILLUMINATE"

 

Furthermore, look at thier ties bush, obama, clinton and the likes.

 

I'm still digging. Thought i would throw this out there for support.

 

What I believe is occurring:

 

Private equity is raising funds from private donors whose money is then funneled to respected business where it will end up in hands of corrupt, essentially buying favors.

 

(((They))), then, introduced and passed tax legislation allowing the operation legal and lucrative of said laundering operation.

 

Some is used to buy up and shut down competition while others are used to stifle opposition.
