I'll call BS on being unable to set up centrifuges. We set up oil rigs that run MORE THAN ENOUGH electricity to power and entire rig and the only input is diesel fuel. We run 2-3 centrifuges that are 5 times larger than those used for yellowcake as standard items on each rig. So no - he has no point. He does have an ignorant opinion.
