I'm not aware of any Anon that's happy with POTUS saying he's given the ok for DECLAS or delegated it to Barr and then nothing happens.
But, if POTUS really wanted it released back then it would have been released.
He either was bluffing the Deep State or deliberately letting Barr and others slow walk it knowing they would do that.
But, if he really means it this time then it will come out.
If he doesn't mean it once again then it won't.
Bottom Line: credit/blame is all on POTUS either way.
