>Is defrauding the public illegal?

State legislatures have free reign to back whoever they want. They can ignore the will of the voter if they want to and go with the other guy. They can say, "Screw 'em both. Let's put Gary Busey in charge" and it's all completely constitutional. So even if it was illegitimate before they certified the fraudulent results, it became legitimate the moment the legislatures voted to go with Biden. It's been nearly impossible to get anons to understand this.

>Except for the evidence of certifying a fraudulent election.

It doesn't matter. The election, fraudulent or otherwise, is only a suggestion from the people to the state legislature.

> ILLEGITIMATE winner of a presidential election is sworn-into office and ONLY AFTER is the FRAUD

Our votes do not elect presidents. The only fraud that could be overturned is if someone tampered with the paperwork between the states and the federal Senate.

Perhaps "certify" wasn't the right word. They chose electors. And there was no illegal way of doing it. And they knew everything we knew. They even had Rudy brief them on what actually went on in their elections. And they chose to go the way they did. Whether we like it or not, it was legal.
