With the idea being passed around about the USA being a corporation, John Roberts administering the oath of office to Biden, it got me thinking about the snafu at Obama’s 1st attempt at a swearing in.

There was supposedly some technical issue and Roberts latter re-administered the oath to Obama. It was done out of public view. Always seemed suspect to me. To what office, or America, did Obama actually take the oath to?
