Think about it logically: in what other scenario is possession of EVIDENCE of a crime considered to be a crime?

Take the WORST CASE SCENARIO: some TOTAL PERVERT raping a YOUNG child.

Does it hurt, or does it help, the child (or other children) if it is legal for the EVIDENCE OF BRUTAL CRIME to be viewed and analyzed?

Think about it: people who have ANY desire to rape children are FUCKING MORONS and leave clues.

IT IS TOTALLY ABNORMAL. The clues can be found.

It seems to me that if we had a sensible legal regime, laws could be crafted that criminally punish the promotion of child sexual abuse imagery for prurient purposes, while protecting the right to view and analyze potential evidence of any crime.

What's the worst downside? SOME would get sucked into getting aroused by "borderline" legal material, whereas they wouldn't have before. But that is actually as it SHOULD be. The MORAL boundary between what is good and bad should come BEFORE the legal boundary.

We live in a society where teenagers in intimate relationships are PROSECUTED as SEX CRIMINALS for expressing their love for each other. It doesn't matter if you think they aren't approaching things as you might hope for. (And I might agree.) What matters is that it is OBSCENE that functionaries of the bureaucracy seek to punish them as if they were the most vile perverts. It is the DEGENERATE functionaries who merit the PAIN in such cases.

The kneejerk STUPIDITY on this issue of some who profess to be freethinkers is astounding. NO NORMAL PERSON actually WANTS to harm children. It is inherently reprehensible. Anyone excessively worked up about MUH PEDOS is a virtue signaller and ALL virtue signallers are frauds concealling something.
