So they set it up so that when we're getting closer, they can put the investigator in jail.

This is the logic of the situation.

Crimes should only consist of behaviors.

Those pictures in the evidence, are the criminals – not those holding the evidence and attempting to bring the criminals pictures in the evidence to justice.

This has nothing to do with wanting to see the evidence. This has to do with the injustice and unconstitutionality of having "some types of evidence illegal."

You want pictures of car crashes and murders? No problem. There's something wrong with the logic here which you're not addressing.
