Thanks anon, my thing here is going by those posts wouldn't the Declass have happened at the start of last year? What is it with Coats they are waiting for, waiting for him to die?
What specifically though. Is there anyway he could be stopping a declas from happening so he needs to be dealt with before it can happen?
