On the topic of C before D being Coats before Declas. Could it really be anything to do with Dan Coats? I'm a UK anon so I'm not immediately aware but is he somehow in posession of something that could damage the presidency and they need to arrest him or wait for him to die before they can declassify or is it a double meaning?
So it's not referring to a specific declassifation of any info becuase otherwise as soon as he was gone Trump would have released stuff. Or are we presuming that Trump is being obstructed?
