Cloudflare is a CDN, and network security provider. They don't host domains. They're a firewall/secure dns and CDN which caches and optimizes and multiplies a websites ability to deliver content. Without their DDOS protection and delivery optimization, websites like gab would be shut down by attackers.
Cloudflare didn't take down 8chan, the co-lo data center where their servers were located booted them. When they found a new co-lo Cloudflare did not want to provide it's services anymore.
Most of the downtime was due to reconfiguring 8kun/chan to a new CDN/"firewall" service.
Cloudflare, as best as I can find is reliable and fair. Cloudflare has provided services to half chan for over 10 years.
Please get a clue before going full retard
