'Released' is ambiguous in this context, Anon, and we just don't know. What was released to whom? It would appear not much Declass info has been publicly released, although Attorney Lin Wood has posted some interesting exhibits from White v USA. It may have been released to be used by a Grand Jury. It may have been released to Congressional Committees. It is an enormous bargaining chip for the good guys so much may be held in reserve for the appropriate time.
The word 'guise' is the tell:
