That's actually a very good question. I doubt that you'll get any answers of course but I know someone who used to be a pharmacy technician and they still have friends there. Both these techs have complained at length about addicts being really awful to deal with. Neither of them are redpilled. I was told recently that due to the tightening of the reins on opioids it has just made it difficult for patients who really need them to get their meds. By extension it would make sense that those same changes in the legal industry would trickle down into the black market as well.
