My theory, it'll be painfully obvious that "the storm is upon us" by the time he sends the tweet. Anons are waiting so eagerly for this tweet, but in reality, the tweet will be pointless because by the time it is sent, we'll all already be well aware of the storm.
That would be sweet, but doubt it. Too sensational, people would melt just by having their accounts tweet something they didn't want. The message will be unifying not divisive especially if we're indeed in the storm. Need as many allies as possible to weather it.
