the desired effect of the haters of America, their psyoperation against you, the reader of this: to make you not understand that every person is targetted with bogus news and information, and a regime of constant nudging to farm them into trained behaviors, and everyone is getting different information tailored just to them, for the specific purpose of trying to crack them and make them spurge out violently, so that more victims for the blood and tissue donation sites can be made available, increasing the food supply for the skummy reptiles.
of course that's last part is merely an allegorical reference. Us spurging out into bad behavior is what is desired.

but the one assumption that ought to be clear:

my idea is that we not treat others based upon the bad music that keeps repeating in our heads, but on the way we know works: with respect for their dignity and their worth as a person, and the ideas of the presence of goodness in most of everyone's hearts.
