If you're not on the FAA's safety mailing list, you may have missed the below this morning. Typically these have specific dates/time but this one has nothing. There's also a weird question mark where there usually isn't. It isn't posted yet on the TFR site linked, but that's normal since the e-mails come first.
You see these for POTUS and VPOTUS when they're traveling.
There is also a VIP TFR over DC for the 20th-21st, presumably for the "inauguration"
