Of course you’re right on every point. (You didn’t mention the possession of hammers, bats, walkie-talkies, etc., which are not spontaneously acquired, or the prior statements by agents provocateurs on SM about infiltrating the MAGA crowd by and causing chaos)…
But we do not live in an era of rationality. People are not encouraged (or in most cases are even able) to think rationally. When propaganda rules, as now, evidence and legitimate inference have no currency.
