What fuckery is this

Hey guise so this is Anon from previous post about FBI agents coming to a friends co-worker, to inquire if knew anyone in DC, due to a FB group she ran. Said friend gave up my friend whom I went to DC with…OK background complete, new info is looking like these agents do not work at FBI, at least as per my dig abilities so far.

Curious could they be fake agents?maybe collecting names of DC attendees, to use in FF or something…Here are the cards and description, when doing searches on the email and the number etc, coming up empty, except for an Armando Vargas matching description of the agent that questioned friends work friend. I'm getting spoopy vibez, anyone have any ideas…including description from friend and pics of their biz cards, they also did have FBI id too, as far as norm could tell?

no idea if connect to Armando Millan, but was first search query came up & friends friend aid from what she can tell looks like him, but w/o mustache…?
