2007: When it came to the Pulse Nightclub shooting, the underwear bomber, the Boston bomber, Mueller's FBI was not investigating Islamic terrorists,but Mueller ordered his agents to conduct an "outreach" to the Islamic community–while investigating the crimes of "Islamophobia".When under Obama, Mueller had all training materials "purged" of anything offensive to Muslims, working very well with the less experienced, and malleable, agents he had collected.He had classified all training material in order to prevent the public from seeing what exactly had been "purged", and had prevented new agents from learning how to recognize radicals.The 700 page books were all destroyed.

2012: The FBI, under Robert Mueller, began purging anti-terrorism training curricula of material offensive to muslims, including linkages to Khobar Towers and 1993 WTC bombing.

December 13, 2007: Mueller created a new policy for FBIsupervisory agents,dismantling the practice of such supervisors receiving more experienceout in the field officesbefore arriving to duty in D.C.This effectively removed more experienced officers from D.C. who would have been less likely to be duped or cowed by higher ups, while allowing less experienced agents in.Agents could opt to remain at their field offices, but they had to take a cut in pay with their demotion.The policy was later changed to a seven year transfer. The other harm done, was that with the constant transfer of supervisors at field offices, much time was lost engaging with acquaintance, encouraging effective communication and command.Mueller, and those from whom he took his orders, effectively castrated the FBI.Of course, this policy didn't apply to the Funeral Director, Mueller, who in fact, was allowed to reign an additional 2 years during Obama's administration because Obama said "Pretty please" to the governing bodies of both houses who voted for it. If that weren't enough, Mueller did away with the program training agents on identifying Muslim terror members.The more experienced agents were cast away, and the training program eliminated.
