As to Russia, the cabal has been trying to "handle" them in every conceivable way. So I don't think that anyone could have pressured Russia to give the U1 material to Iran (to frame both). So no, not buying that either.

Iran is also one of the last few countries without a Roth (IMF-controlled) Central Bank - even Russia still has one.
