This actually started sometime under Obama. They began treating everyone like potential criminals. The tight dispensing has been pushing real pain sufferers into heroin. When I went in for minor surgery, the doc told me he was only allowed to prescribe five days of pain meds. I didn't need any. If I ended up in pain for awhile, I would need to see the doc every five days for a new prescription. It's crazy.
