I know of an attorney who looked at the documents filed with the courts, and he said it was weird because there was really nothing actionable in the complaints. The complaint should have been amended so the judge could act. It is like the filing attorneys did not want the case to move forward in the civilian courts.
I am not sure if this is part of the strategy to have the military to deal with it, or maybe the FISA courts. I think it should be the military for obvious reasons.
