On Jan 20th Biden is ready to be inaugurated. Before that exact moment the military moves in and arrests him, VP Harris, and most of Congress for treason/sedition, etc..

The 20th Amendment in Section 3 provides for this scenario…" if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified."

So Congress picks an "acting" President until one qualifies. Congress will at this stage only have a handful of qualified people still in office, mostly comprising of people who who supported Trump. So a favorable pick for "acting" President would be a good possibility. Then all the fraud is brought out to the public and Trump is recognized as the real Pres.

Or

Down the line of succession would be Pompeo. Maybe he would be picked as "acting" President of just succeed to the office.

President Pompeo picks Trump as his VP and either resigns or continues as President and Trump runs in 2024.
