I really don't know enough about it to say what is wrong exactly.

I for some reason feel like I have a right to judge. But, I am kind of just questioning the situation in general. I think there is a problem with the interpretation of the bible.

I don't know that America is some shining example of Christianity. I don't think people look in at our behavior and think "Christian". I don't understand how we can live in a nation with so much greed and lust and all these things. I am a sinner. I ain't fucking Jesus or nothing. I just feel like Jesus wouldn't want America behaving this way in his name.

The elite do not believe they are living in sin. I am not talking the super-elite. But the mini-elites, the corporate executive / suburban peeps.

I don't know who I am talking to

Maybe someone can properly indict the system, or tell me I am imaging a problem that isn't there.

It seems people don't acknowledge their lifestyle as "sin".

I don't know who is arbitrating sinful actions in this country? I understand there is a old testament, but people don't believe in that.

It seems all the sins are listed and surely people are engaging in them. But they are confessing to the wrong sins. They confess to the little sins and feel "blessed" for their sins that might force them to consider excess wealth or luxury.

I just think. Either Christianity is bullshit religion. Or these "American Christians" are interpreting the text completely wrong.

I think it is the lack of hell and damnation. Everyone just goes to church to be "inspired" or some shit. I dunno. I don't go to church. My uneduated view on the issue is someone needs to like "check" the so called "Christian Nation" with a bit of hell and damnation because people are not being honest about all their sins and so the problems associated with those sins continue. They are sinning everyday and failing to say that they are living in sin.

But I got a log in my eye and shit and nobody can judge anyone elses' Christianity or something. I get it. whatever.

it is like they are brainwashed or delusional or something. Like. Why would you believe you can sin perpetually and go to heaven?

I guess that could be the theology, but I don't believe that shit lol.

Anyone telling me I am gonna get everything in the afterlife for believing, even if I spent life in unacknowledged sin without repenting?

Here is the other problem I see.

I see a Republic, owned and operated by the people. Theoretically.

I don't think people feel responsible for their government.

I don't know their driving motivations though. I dont really care. I want America to do good things together. I want Christians to do good things together. Are they operating based on the belief that they are not sinning or that their sin will be absolved? or it has nothing to do with sin because they value their money above their faith? It is okay for the government to sin on behalf the citizen. The indirect sin is absolved because the "government did it"? Can you sin indirectly? it seems so. Like if you paid a hitman to kill someone. Surely that is sin. But if you pay your taxdollars to the government and they d a hit in your name…

psshh

I don't think these Christians/Everyone around the country realize they are responsible for the bad shit done by the government.

I don't know anything. I am just using common sense.

You blame George Bush for killing the terrorist? The old tooth for a tooth.

These people don't believe tooth for tooth though. They say turn the other cheek.

I don't know how I feel about capitol punishment. Someone gave me a verse the other day that suggested it was okay for the government to punish people for breaking laws or sin or something. I can't remember.

Look I don't know how Christians are justifying what looks like a global empire hellbent on the economic enslavement of the developing world and complete freedom to replace the natural environment with Babylon?

I don't know. When I think of a "Christian Nation". I think of a nation that tries to be like Christ or something in it's behavior.

I want a christ-like government

I want the government to be nice instead of aggressive.

I don't want joe biden nice, that is fake nice. That is a systematic bigotry disguised as social justice for all.

What about these corporations? You go and buy the shit at the wal-mart and you buy it made in china, and you know they didn't pay enough and shit.

Are you responsible for the bad stuff cause you chose to buy the shoe?

Or is China responsible cause they allowed the shoe to be made?

If the company is an American company. Is that part of our American identity. Do we care about our American identity.

I dunno. I just think if Christ owned wal-mart and the military industrial complex the world wouldn't be such a mess.

I did hear that jesus was gonna come back and take control of this show. I hope that works out.

It just seems people say "christian nation", but the supposedly "citizen run" government isn't doing right.

I don't know. I don't know who is fucking sinning. It just looks like a nation of sin yelling about how christian they are lol.

Like I said I just don't quite understand the framework that creates this phenomena.

maybe people will feel lied to and manipulated by upper classes.

I just think that all Americans in general are saying, "that was not me, that was the government". If everyone says that, nobody is responsible except maybe the President? But you elected the president to represent you?

I just think we need to push harder to indict the American people as being responsible for the death and destruction being caused by their system.

If you ask who is responsible for the bad stuff the government is doing. Nobody cam tell you who is responsible for the worlds largest empire.

I think a decentralized, network, of elite beusiness people is above all this nationstate shit.

But people barely believe that shit.

You tell people that they are the citizens of the world's largest and most wealthy empire.

It doesn't go through to them.

It is like you said something that wasn't true.

But it is.

I dunno. maybe it has nothing to do with Christianity and misinterpretations. I just got stuck on the issue.
