The breads flash past far too quickly for me to keep up, so I apologize if other Anons

have brought this to your attention, but (although I am not a LawFag, I am pretty sure):

In the Impeachment process, The House of Representatives is basically acting as a

Grand Jury (although, in a Constitutional Law rather than in a Criminal Law capacity).

If the Articles of Impeachment that are debated, pass the House vote as per the relevant

parts of the American Constitution, then it's more or less like a Grand Jury that returns a

"True Bill" basically, just an Indictment nothing more, nothing less. It's just a formal

accusation. The analogy of Jury Trial is of course the Senate Trial. That's the part that is

important. Obviously.

But the American Midterm Elections of 2018 were just as stolen and messed up as was

the 2020 Presidential Election. (And, of course, Q+ "has it all" – the evidence, that is.)

Which means that for the last two years, Congress has been sitting illegally – strictly, it

has no Constitutional authority to do Jack Sh!t. In the analogy, they are exactly like any

Grand Jury that has been improperly empaneled. Their Articles of Impeachment against

President Trump, then, are void and without force of law. Both times, I might add.

So, it doesn't matter what happens at any Senate Trial – without a True Bill of Indictment,

which is to say, Articles of Impeachment that have been passed by a legally sitting HoR,

there is no legal force to any decision they might reach (legal doctrine of Fruit of the Poison

Tree and all that).

Therefore,The Movie We Are All Watching Aside , strictly speaking, POTUS

has not been impeached at all. Enjoy the show, but remember that it is just a show.
