The first arrest is a mass arrest in DC,
at the Capitol,
at the Supreme Court,
at the FBI,
at the CIA,
etc.
This will indicate direction for following arrests outside of DC,
throughout the U.S.,
and in foreign states.
It's to weaken the citizenry,
preparing them to be overtaken.
It's also to allow depravity to be freely indulged with impunity.
However, this plan doesn't suit them well,
since they rely on such depravity to be kept hidden in order to blackmail and extort.
They eat their own,

and seem to appear to be "conservative" as one would normally view conservatism.
