I have a question. Can you use a Call N sign on another plane that you are not the owner of the original plane which previously had the same Call N number but crashed in the ocean. A plane crashed in 1999 in a ocean and was scrap metal afterwards. I am now seeing another small plane using the same call N number on the plane. Can you use the same number?
