This is more or less where I'm at, too. The only thing I'd add is that I think the DC and State Capitol NG imposed lockdowns could be to prevent the intended DS riots which would have justified use of UN troops already stationed in US, ostensibly to quell riots, but in reality to seize weapons and instal One World Gov.
