Biden will pardon everyone previously pardoned by Obama, including himself & family, plus any new players for any and all previous crimes.

The pardons are already prepared (and possibly signed).

They probaby have enough pardons made to populate a small town.

Will Mil. Tribunals have any power over those who've been pardoned?
